How quickly can you mobilize a project manager?

For PMaaS engagements we can typically onboard a PM and schedule project kickoff within one to two weeks, depending on scope complexity.

Do you work with clients outside Maryland and DC?

Yes. Our network is strongest in the Maryland, DC and Virginia area, but remote PMaaS engagements are a standard part of our practice and we support clients nationwide.

What project management methodologies do you use?

Our PMs are experienced in traditional (Waterfall / PMBOK) and agile (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) methodologies, as well as hybrid models. We match the framework to your environment, not our preference.

What engagement models do you offer for PMaaS?
